The hotel had a marvellous and unbeatable position, in a capital.

The units are cheap, neat with the picture of the reservation, separate beds plus common showers...

The employees were friendly and very pleasant and kept it all fairly clean. The location was particularly good for Berlin, right by the best clubs in Berlin, metro, shops restaurants/pubs and other nightlife and the train station and a lot of the new cool parts of Berlin. Friedrichshain district was worth staying in.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, just 5 minutes away from Alexanderplatz on the U5. The staff treated me well and were very helpful throughout my stay.

The only breakfast option that could have been improved was the lack of variety. Everything else was great though!

The room I booked was cheap and new-fashioned, complete with common showers, bathroom, for example.

The rooms are big and generally offer fast working WiFi and a TV set.

The room is very dark.

the hotel was located in a great place, next to an underground station. there were comfortable beds and an iron, a work desk, and a flat-screen tv with cable channels inside the room.

Breakfast was usual, can be much better.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect - within walking distance of bars and pubs. Within walking distance of a tube station, a supermarket and shops were not far as well.

Affordable price at 30 Euros peak season. Room in separate apartment block with shared bathroom. Convenient location near bars, shops, cafes, and underground station. Daily cleaning service provided and room was spacious and clean.

The bathroom was very clean and shower was really wonderful. We got a relaxing massage for our bodies after long trip to Berlin from Netherlands.

The location of this hotel was good but it was tough to find it. It would be nice to make some kind of extra indication.

I stayed at Pension Reiter for a week while exploring the city. The self-check-in process was convenient, perfect for someone like me who prefers minimal interactions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with shared but lockable bathrooms ensuring privacy. The instructions for the late check-in were accurate and the location, close to the main bus stop, was great. The room size was generous, and there were nice restaurants nearby. a pleasant stay in a quiet area with excellent public transport links.

Would recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast with a lot of food. Reasonably large room plus even in common showers.

Location: the hotel was very close to the center of Berlin, supermarkets and the airport and the centre. It was good value for money with a shared bathroom, good enough for a short stay.
